Meditation and Reflection

Endurance.Vision.Patience
Throughout this week we worked on learning how to reflect and meditate each morning.  We exercised intellectual thought process on the ideas of endurance, vision, and patience.  We took 15 minutes each morning and analyzed the given term or concept, bringing a new life to what we all believed.  After reflections we would next meditate.  We did this through blind folds and calm relaxing music.  The blind fold separated us from distraction and assisted with the ability to go deeper in the concepts of endurance, vision, and patience.  We all had some good thought processes along the week and opened each others minds to new ways of viewing world concepts, applying them to our craft of education.
